James Carson
Regional Sales Manager – Western Region
James Carson has been with CCW since 2014, progressing through operations and facilities before becoming regional sales manager in 2023. James possesses an excellent understanding of both CCW’s operations and the wider transit industry as a whole. In his current role, James focuses on customer engagement, nurturing existing relationships, and educating new clients about the services provided by TSI, SBL, and CCW.
James is married with his son and two daughters. They reside in Riverside County, CA.
Shah Remtulla
Regional Sales Manager – Southwest Region
Shah joined CCW in 2023 after fourteen years with a major bus OEM with experience bids, project management and sales. Shah focuses on listening to customer needs and designing the best solution possible for them.
Shah is married with two daughters and resides in Houston, TX.
Jay Raber
Regional Sales Manager – Midwestern Region
Jay has over 10 years’ experience with CCW and serves as the company’s is our Midwest and Eastern Region Sales Manager. He has over 40 years industry experience in both the transit and motorcoach industries. Jay is well known for cultivating customer relationships and assisting his customers to select the right solution for their operation.
Jay is married with four children and resides in southwest Missouri.
Mark Hollenbeck
Business Development Manager
Mark Hollenbeck is the most recent member of the CCW sales team joining in mid-2024 as our Manager of Business Development. Mark began his transit career in bus sales at Metrotrans Corporation in the 1990s, then transitioned to the publishing side of the industry with Bobit Business Media for 20 years as Associate Publisher for School Bus Fleet and Metro Magazine. In 2020, he became the West Coast Sales Director at Proterra promoting electric vehicle (EV) technology and later served as Sales Director at WideSense, a transit solutions and EV fleet transitions software company.
Based in Portland, Oregon, Mark holds a Communications Degree from St. Mary’s College of California in Moraga. He is the proud father of three boys, two of whom are undergraduate students at Oregon State University in Corvallis.
Kallie Arevalo
Marketing Manager
Kallie Arevalo is the Marketing Manager at Complete Coach Works (CCW), bringing over 12 years of marketing experience and 6 years in the transportation industry. She holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Redlands and is known for her dedication and results-driven approach.
A mother of two, Kallie has skillfully balanced her career and family responsibilities, demonstrating remarkable commitment and resilience. Her extensive experience and passion for marketing make her a valuable team member at CCW.
Paula Rudd
Sales Support Manager
Paula has been with Complete Coach Works for over three decades, evolving from a Shop/Production Administrator responsible for day-to-day operations like project scheduling and billing. She transitioned to Sales Administration as Director of Contracts, focusing on bid submittals and contract management. Currently, in Support Management, she assists the sales team with quoting, customer service, and staff coordination. Paula’s journey highlights her adaptability and dedication to the company’s success. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her husband and dogs, and treasures time with her blended family of two daughters, three sons, and soon-to-be four grandchildren.
