Our Executive Team
Dale Carson
President
Dale Carson serves as the president of Complete Coach Works, Transit Sales International, and Shuttle Bus Leasing guiding and leading the company. With over 50 years of experience in the transit industry and more than 39 years leading Complete Coach Works, Dale has been instrumental in driving innovation and excellence for the business. Under Dale’s leadership, Complete Coach Works has pioneered industry firsts including innovative propulsion technologies, vehicle electronics and unique component retrofits.
Dale and his wife Terri have six children and 17 grandchildren.
Michael Dominici
Chief Financial Officer
Michael Dominici is the company’s Chief Financial Officer and oversees all finance and administrative functions for the organization. Michael joined the company in 2013 from his prior senior financial positions in the construction, biotech and semi-conductor industries and draws upon his expertise honed in these industry sectors for his leadership role at Complete Coach Works.
Michael has a Master of Business Administration degree from The University of Redlands and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from DeVry University.
Michael and his wife Rebecca have two children and reside in Riverside County.
Brad Carson
Chief Operating Officer
Brad Carson is the Chief Operating Officer for Complete Coach Works responsible for all production, engineering and facility management for the organization.
Brad began his career at Complete Coach Works in 2004 and worked his way through successive positions in each functional area of the organization including production, facilities, sales and remote facility management. His technical vision and strategic approach have significantly contributed to Complete Coach Works’ historical success.
Brad and his wife Christina have two children and reside in Riverside County.
Patrick Scully
Chief Commercial Officer
Patrick is the Chief Commercial Officer at Complete Coach Works overseeing all sales and marketing activities for the organization since joining the company in mid-2023. His career spans over 30 years in the North American passenger transportation industry primarily in executive sales and marketing positions for major bus manufacturers/OEMs. An industry veteran, Patrick brings his customer relationship skills and strategic thinking to CCW’s operations.
Patrick has been significantly active on the executive committees of the industry’s major associations and most notably is a past Chair of the American Public Transportation Association’s Business Member Board of Governors and was awarded the Business Member of the Year honors in 2017.
Patrick has a Master of Business Administration from Concordia University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from York University. He resides in Greensboro, NC with his wife Cary and they have two adult children.
Chuck Barnes
Senior Vice President
Chuck Barnes has been a senior leader at Complete Coach Works for over 33 years and has led the production and technical teams from the company’s infancy to today.
An industry icon, Chuck has been responsible for shepherding the numerous Complete Coach Works’ industry firsts to fruition including vehicle repowering and retrofits across all propulsion technologies and vehicle OEM platforms; electronic innovations with vehicle multiplexing and the development of the industry’s first zero emission vehicle retrofit program with Complete Coach Works’ ZEPS system.
Ana Elias
Director of Human Resources
Ana Elias is the Director of Human Resources at Complete Coach Works bringing over 19 years of progressive experience in both the manufacturing and food industries. Throughout her career, Ana has honed her skills in various HR functions, making her a seasoned professional in her field. At Complete Coach Works, she leads a dedicated team committed to providing excellent service to the company’s most valued resource: its employees. Ana’s expertise and leadership are instrumental in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring the well-being and development of the Complete Coach Works’ team.
Amber Lindsey
Director of Contracts
Amber Lindsey is the Director of Contracts at Complete Coach Works, where she has dedicated 16 years of her career through progressive positions and departments. Amber is responsible for contract execution and ultimately product delivery to the customer.
Known for her exemplary organizational skills as well as her commitment to customer service, Amber serves a critical function in ensuring Complete Coach Works’ products and services are delivered to meet the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Amber and her husband Jonte have one child and reside in Riverside County.
Alex Portillo
Director of Purchasing & Material
Alex Portillo is the Director of Purchasing and Materials at Complete Coach Works overseeing all material procurement and routing within the company. Alex began his career on the production line and worked through progressive positions to his current role.
Alex is committed to ensuring the strongest relationships and partnership with our supply partners to ensure that our mutual products and services meet our customers’ requirements.
Axel Rodriguez
Senior Production Manager
Axel Rodriguez is our Senior Production Manager at Complete Coach Works responsible for the operations at our Riverside and Murrieta facilities. Axel has been with CCW for the past 15 years, beginning as a supervisor in Puerto Rico and subsequently progressing to his current role. Axel’s key attributes include his focus on project completion and quality and he has played a key role in the company’s success.
Axel is a proud father of five and grandfather to one grandchild.
